This website is owned and operated by The Training Lead Ltd. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors dog training services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

Key commercial terms offered to customers

When booking a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service listing before committing to booking a service: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you commit to booking a service and complete the booking process.

 

The prices we charge for our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

Retention of the right to change offers

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or no reason.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights, and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of The Training Lead Ltd. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

 

Right to suspend or cancel services

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to our website or services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

 

Payment, cancellation, and refunds policy

Payment for services booked on the website or in any other manner, e.g. via telephone or email, must be paid in full on the day the service is provided - via bank transfer or with cash.

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of making it. Cancelled services will be refunded via bank transfer, less a processing fee proportionate to the value of the service (2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP).

Refunds for one-to-one sessions will only be issued in instances where at least 48 hours notice of cancellation has been given. In instances where less than 48 hours notice of cancellation has been given, a refund will not be issued and your booking will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued for any booking that has been rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued following the provision of any service. Refunds for the Dog Training Class or Obedience Training Course will not be issued following the commencement of the services.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Training Lead Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Training Lead Ltd, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the services.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Training Lead Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our services; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

 

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. We will notify you when material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the services.

 

Dog Training Class eligibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog is vaccinated and in good general health upon enrolment into any of our services. Dogs suffering from illness, disease, or injury may not attend the class. Bitches in season may not attend the class. Aggressive or fearful dogs may not attend the class. Following the commencement of the class, if your dog begins suffering from illness, disease, or injury, comes into season, or behaves aggressively or fearfully, we reserve the right to exclude your dog from the class. 

 

You must ensure that your dog is leashed and under your control at all times during the class. You must follow the instructions given to you at all times - this includes guidance on the use of any tools or equipment brought to or used during the class. Failure to follow instructions may result in you being excluded. Disruptive behaviour towards members of the public, instructors, or attendees of the class will result in you being excluded.

No refund will be issued if are excluded or fail to attend the class for any reason, except in the event of the class being cancelled. In the event of a class being rescheduled or cancelled, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.

Obedience Training Course

Upon booking the obedience training course, you will be allocated 5 individual one-to-one training sessions, over a 5-week period.

 

It is possible to reschedule a session, provided you request to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. In instances where less than 48 hours notice is given and you miss or cancel a session, it will not be rescheduled. A session that was previously rescheduled cannot be rescheduled a second time.

 

We cannot guarantee that your dog will learn or respond to the full list of training commands described in the service.
